SUMMARY:
An exciting opportunity is available with our client in the automotive sector for a Financial Accountant Assistant.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Duties:
  • To assist and support Financial Manager
  • Update and control Fixed Asset Register
  • Review, identify and resolve abnormal GL transactions
  • Monthly GL account reconciliations and journals
  • Proved Monthly Trail Balance for the update of the Monthly Management account
  • Review and Report Debtor and Creditors age analysis
  • Refresh day financial KPI trackers
  • Process monthly payroll recons to MIBCO
  • Record monthly Journals and present for approval
  • Assist with the financial year end audit
  • Preparation of the monthly EMP201 and VAT201 as well as submission
Requirements:
  • University Degree/Diploma in Financial Accounting – Knowledge of GAAP/IFRS
  • Financial Articles or 3-year experience in a Financial position
  • Strong in Excel and fast learning of ERP system – Syspro 8.2 advantage
