SUMMARY:
An exciting opportunity is available with our client in the automotive sector for a Financial Accountant Assistant.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Duties:

To assist and support Financial Manager
Update and control Fixed Asset Register
Review, identify and resolve abnormal GL transactions
Monthly GL account reconciliations and journals
Proved Monthly Trail Balance for the update of the Monthly Management account
Review and Report Debtor and Creditors age analysis
Refresh day financial KPI trackers
Process monthly payroll recons to MIBCO
Record monthly Journals and present for approval
Assist with the financial year end audit
Preparation of the monthly EMP201 and VAT201 as well as submission

Requirements:

University Degree/Diploma in Financial Accounting – Knowledge of GAAP/IFRS
Financial Articles or 3-year experience in a Financial position
Strong in Excel and fast learning of ERP system – Syspro 8.2 advantage
