JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our client, who is concerned within the Financial Services industry, is currently seeking to recruit a newly qualified Chartered Accountant to take on their available role of Financial Accountant. Our client has been in operations for more than half a century and has touched the lives of each one of their customers.

They want the successful incumbent to be responsible for, but not limited to, the month end close process, monthly forecasting and annual planning process, review of contracts for commitment and contingencies disclosure, and inventory audit process. Duties:

Full finance function
Budgets and Forecasts
Consolidations
Reconciliations
VAT & tax
Management accounts
Accounts receivable and accounts payable

Qualifications and Experience:

Newly qualified CA(SA)
0 – 1 year post articles experience
Must have audit Insurance / Financial Services clients

Skills:

Advanced Excel knowledge
