SUMMARY:
Does your heart lie in the agriculture and mining rich Limpopo province, but you are dreaming of working for a JSE listed company as an Accountant with the potential to grow into a Financial Manager? This role gives you the best of both worlds. We are looking for a qualified Accountant with a minimum of 3 years’ experience fulfilling the full finance function.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Assist in oversight of the Finance department
Tax Compliance of the company
Management of month end processes and accounts
General ledger recons
Prepare annual financial statements
Assist Auditors with audit
Management of cashflow
Budgets and forecasts
Review and release of Payments
BEE ratings and scorecard
Review creditors reconciliation
Improvements of internal controls, systems and procedures
Oversee 2 Junior clerks

Skills & Experience:
Minimum 3 - 5 years accounting experience
People management experience
Excel knowledge
Accounting system exposure
Adaptable and flexible nature

Qualification:
BCom Accounting degree or equivalent
Completed SAIPA or SAICA Articles
