SUMMARY:
Have you recently completed your SAIPA or SAICA Articles at a small to medium size firm and in search of your first big step into the commercial industry? This is an exciting opportunity to perform the full financial accounting function within a small, forward-thinking finance team that encourages learning and individual growth.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Loading Bank payments

Monthly Pastel processing

Foreign Currency Transactions & Bank accounts

Fixed Asset Register

Monthly Management Accounts

Cash Management and Forecast

Budget vs Actual

Annual Budget

Monthly Payroll & PAYE submission

Bi-Annual EMP501 Recons and submission

Bi-monthly VAT recon and submission

Dividend Declarations & DTR01 & DTR02 submission

Maintaining Audit file

Monthly client reviews and reporting

Loading Client Bank Payments

Provisional & Final Tax Calculations for individuals, Trusts, Companies

Liaising with Client’s auditors to check their tax calculations

Capital Gains Tax calculations

Income calculations

Skills & Experience:

Advanced Excel skills

Pastel experience

Familiar with global company and trust structures, investments, tax and financial service

Strong communication and relationship management skills

Qualification:

SAIPA or SAICA Articles
