SUMMARY:
Position available in JHB North for a Financial Accountant with NetSuite experience.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Requirements:

Accounting degree
5 years experience in a management role
Advanced Excel skills
Basic Economics and Accounting principles and practices
IFRS
Knowledge of travel industry a plus

Duties will involve:

Preparation of new fees, including fee increases for clients
Reviewing the monthly calculations performed by the Accountants
Ensuring the accruals are accurate and processed within the month
Effective collection of fees
Act as a liason between Operations and Finance divisions
Ensure all general ledger reconciliations are up to standard
Assist Auditors
Give accurate figures to management
Staff:Manage a team of 5, train and develop team, provide regular feedback
Assist with budgets
Ensure all invoices are authorised and paid
Report on BEE
