POSITION INFO:

Duties:

• Weely Cash Flow Forecast Review;
• Review and signoff cashbook recon;
• PAYE (Monthly EMP201);
• PAYE (Yearly EMP501);
• VAT recon and submit;
• Provisional tax;
• Income tax;
• Deferred tax;
• Balance sheet recons;
• Adhoc journals;
• Accounting review and corrections;
• Inter-branch elimination;
• Insurance cost allocation journals;
• CGIC - Declarations;
• Creditor credit applications - review;
• Bank changes (application forms);
• SARB Excon Applications;
• Audit Fieldwork Supervision;
• Payroll recons (IS & BS);
• Payroll recons 3rd parties;
• Update insured assets - other;
• Review FAR to Schedules;
• Declarations.

Qualifications:

• Matric (Grade 12) with distinctions;
• Bcom degree;
• BCom honours /CTA;
• Registered CA(SA).

Experience:

• Must have experience in Manufacturing industry;
• 2-3 years post articles experience;
• Sage Evolution (Sage 200);
• Must have experience supervising a team;
• Must be deadline driven and a good problem solver;
• Microsoft packages proficiency is a pre requisite.
