The job…

Reporting to the Finance Manager, you deliver pertinent & valuable Management Information, underpinned by robust Financial Accounting & Excel acumen. This includes:

• Performing a Cash & Investment Management function.
• Performing Accounts Reconciliations & managing Accounts Payable.
• Preparing & critically-analysing Cost Centre & Functional Expense variances to budget.
• Preparing & submitting VAT returns and maintaining / reconciling sub-ledgers to Trial Balance.
• Assisting with preparation of IFRS-compliant Annual Financial Statements.
• Performing full accounting processes to produce monthly IFRS-compliant Trial Balance.
• Assisting with preparation of monthly Management Pack & EXCO report with analysis of Actual / Budget & Forecast.
• Maintaining expert proficiency in Excel incl.: SUMIF, VLOOKUP, SUMPRODUCT, OFFSET, IF, AND, OR etc + building of Nested Formulae + knowledge of Pivot Tables, Graphs & Charts.

Pre-requisites…

• Relevant Tertiary qualification (*mandatory)
• Excel proficiency (*mandatory)
• 5 Years’ experience
• Articles / Audit experience (*advantageous)
• Working knowledge of the Financial Services sector (*advantageous)
