A reputable concern who is the sole distributor of advanced driving systems is looking for a Financial Accountant to join their team.

JOB & COMPANY DESCRIPTION

The Financial Accountant will be responsible for month end close and related procedures as well as updating and maintaining balance sheet reconciliations, monthly journal entries. The Financial Accountant will also be responsible for intercompany reconciliations and preparing the annual financial statements.

EDUCATION

The successful candidate must have the following qualifications:

BCom Honors in Accounting
SAICA articles completed

JOB EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED

At least 3 years post article experience
Experience in the manufacturing/automotive/distribution industries would be advantageous
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong business acumen
Attention to detail
Experience working with and dealing with stock and stock environments
