A reputable concern offering tailored made business solutions to its clients is looking for a Financial Accountant to join their finance team.

JOB & COMPANY DESCRIPTION

The Financial Accountant will be responsible for maintaining the general ledger, performing monthly reconciliations, and preparing or processing journal entries. The Financial Accountant will be responsible for assisting with the annual budgeting process, reviewing the debtors and creditors ledgers as well as preparing the daily, weekly, monthly financial reports.

EDUCATION

The successful candidate must have the following qualifications:

BCom Accounting

JOB EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED

At least 2-3 years experience in a similar role
Working knowledge of Pastel is preferred
Experience working with V-lookups and Pivot tables is preferred
Advanced Excel skills
Confident and assertive
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
