A reputable and highly successful Motor Dealership is seeking an experienced and figure orientated Financial manager to join their ever-growing team. The perfect candidate for this position must hold at least 5 years’ experience in Financial Management / Dealership Accounting. This is a key role that provides support to the dealership network by providing an efficient service to customers and the dealership through vehicle finance and the sale of approved products to maximise gross profit while ensuring that all training, fit & proper, honesty and integrity requirements of the Financial Service Board (FSB) are upheld.

Key Performance areas

• Time management skills and the ability to meet strict deadlines.
• The ability to liaise with multiple people from inside and outside the business, have excellent communication skills and be able to address people at all levels of the business.
• Significant experience in Car Dealership Accountancy and a proven track record within the motor industry.
• An excellent understanding of using Accounting IT Packages such as Pinnacle, Kerridge or similar.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Requirements

• Matric Certificate.
• A valid driver’s License.
• An excellent track record
• A Degree or Diploma relevant to Accounting, Bookkeeping or Financial Management is essential.
• Must hold at least 5years’ experience as a Financial Manager within the Motor Industry
• Automotive Software experience
• Financial Reporting
