SUMMARY:
A well renowned entity in the motor and tyre industry is currently in the market for a Financial Accountant. The successful incumbent will be responsible for monitoring all financial aspects as well as prepare accurate Financial Statements.

POSITION INFO:

A well renowned entity in the motor and tyre industry is currently in the market for a Financial Accountant. The successful incumbent will be responsible for monitoring all financial aspects as well as prepare accurate Financial Statements.

Qualifications and Experience:

BCOM
4 – 5 years’ experience
Completed articles (beneficial)
Excel (advanced)
Staff management

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual statements (income statements and balance sheet)
Income tax returns and all statutory returns
Budget preparations
Monitor and report on accounting discrepancies
Analyse financial trends
Financial Reporting
Stock take at month end
Preparation maintenance of fixed asset register
Monitor loan accounts
