POSITION INFO:

A fabulous proudly South African business is expanding internationally and has a great opportunity for a driven, aspiring young Accountant to join the team!

Responsibilities:

Processing on Xero accounting to Trial Balance / Balance Sheet and Income statement
Bank Reconciliations
Daily processing (Tax invoices / Supplier invoices)
Debtors and Creditors reconciliation
Petty cash and credit cards management
Asset register management.
Capturing of payroll expenses and journalising of payroll entries
Processing of monthly journals
Monthly payment pack preparations
Loading payments, keeping track of bank balances

Requirements:

Degree in Accounting
Must have had Maths and Accounting as a subject in Matric
1 - 3 years'' bookeeping / accounting experience
Flexibility, resilience and positive attitude
Excellent communication skills
Self-motivated and driven to perform independently
Highly attentive to detail and good numerical ability
