SUMMARY:
Would you like to be part of a family orientated team and have exceptional working hours? Our client is looking for a Qualified Accountant with at least 2 years post qualification experience. This position will be reporting directly to the Finance Manager and requires a strong individual who has a strong skillset in Excel.

POSITION INFO:

Responsible for all municipal accounts of the properties that we own

Rental invoicing and municipal invoicing on a monthly basis

Follow up on non-payments from tenants

Responsible for liaising with municipalities

Resolve queries

Bank reconciliations

Supplier invoice capturing

Responsible for Petty Cash

Assist Finance Manager with ad hoc tasks

Responsible for some group companies

Skills & Experience:

Excellent communication skills

Property experience (Beneficial)

Sage 1 (Beneficial)

Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience

Qualification:

BCom degree

SAIPA articles (Beneficial)
