SUMMARY:
Terrific opportunity for an experienced Accountant. Our client is looking for a go getter, inventive and innovative candidate to come in and hit the ground running. Excellent team dynamic and working hours are to a huge benefit. You will have the opportunity to make this role your own.

POSITION INFO:

Responsible for all municipal accounts of the properties that we own

Rental invoicing and municipal invoicing on a monthly basis

Follow up on non-payments from tenants

Responsible for liaising with municipalities

Resolve queries

Bank reconciliations

Supplier invoice capturing

Responsible for Petty Cash

Assist Finance Manager with ad hoc tasks

Responsible for some group companies

Skills & Experience:

Excellent communication skills

Property experience (Beneficial)

Sage 1 (Beneficial)

Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience

Qualification:

BCom Degree

SAIPA Articles (Beneficial)
