SUMMARY:
A Well-known Company based in Johannesburg is looking for an immediately available Financial Accountant who will be responsible for assisting the financial team in producing accurate financial information in accordance with internal policies, procedures and sound accounting processes in support of financial reporting and management of the division.

POSITION INFO:

Qualifications:

BCom Accounting
3-5 years’ experience in Financial & Management Accounting
Advanced Excel

Job description:

Monthly Reconciliation
Completing of monthly accounting processes
Maintain supplier relationships
Participate in selected processes in the divisional budget preparation cycles
Improvement of Processes
Ensure monthly reporting and month-end processes are adhered to
Initiate and complete monthly accounting processes pertaining to VAT/IT14/ Tax/ PAYE submissions and reconciliations
Analysis of expenditure for variance analysis
Cash-flow analysis
