SUMMARY:
A well-established group of companies specialising in logistics & export freight forwarding services

POSITION INFO:

A well-established group of companies specialising in logistics & export freight forwarding services is based in the Cape Winelands and are seeking a young and dynamic junior Accountant. This person will report to the Group Accountant and must have the ability to use their initiative and flourish under pressure. They must be able to take ownership and work independently.

Responsibilities:

Full preparation of financial records to trial balance
Managing debtors and creditors
Processing of all payments processing/transactions
Total administration and management of internal accounts including monthly reconciliation
Statutory compliance

Requirements:

BComm Financial Accounting or Cost and Management Accounting
SAIPA/SAICA/CIMA Articles would be advantageous OR 2-4 years practical experience in an Accounting role
Fluent in Afrikaans and English
