POSITION INFO:

Our client is a well-established leader operating at the intersection of retail and manufacturing, delivering essential power and energy solutions to customers across South Africa. Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full financial accounting function.
Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports.
Perform balance sheet and general ledger reconciliations.
Ensure accurate and timely month-end and year-end close processes.
Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities.
Manage VAT, tax, and statutory compliance requirements.
Support internal and external audit processes.
Monitor and improve financial controls and accounting processes.

Job Experience and Skills Required:

Education:

BCom Accounting Degree qualification.
Completed SAICA or SAIPA Articles will be advantageous.

Experience:

Minimum 5 years' experience in a Financial Accountant role.
Previous experience within a Retail and/or Manufacturing environment will be highly advantageous.
Proven experience in financial reporting, reconciliations, compliance, and month-end processes.
Experience using Quickbooks

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday
07:00 AM – 05:00 PM
