POSITION INFO:

RESPONSIBILITIES

Processing of relevant accounts and documentation in Excel from Pastel to compile the monthly management accounts
Various administrative duties eg. CIPC, Tax exemption and COIDA
Report on the monthly departmental KPI – ACT vs BUD – and comment on the variances
Submit the monthly KPI reports
Maintain the Fixed Assets Register and prepare the monthly IFRS16 entries
Perform debtors and creditors control functions including debtor invoices and follow-up on outstanding receipts
Prepare the fundraising report for funders
Prepare the Section 18A certificates
Compile the annual pricing for the medical department
Manage the inventory of the different departments and perform regular inventory counts
Prepare the monthly funding request and meet weekly with the international controlling department
Prepare the annual budgets for all departments
Analyze and interpret financial information and distill it for the various departments
Prepared to travel nationally and internationally
Supervise staff in the financial department

REQUIREMENTS

Experience Required – 3 to 5 years
Qualifications – B Degree (Accounting) and Articles
