JOB & COMPANY DESCRIPTION

The Finance and Supply Chain Administrator will be responsible for daily processing of supplier invoices, fulfilling the full payroll function, creditors and debtors’ function and bank reconciliations. The Finance and Supply Chain Administrator will be responsible for raising and allocation or sales/purchasing invoices as well as managing all sample devices, preparing documents and approvals for seeding units and managing all requests for local distribution. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing documents required for imports, supporting the supply chain manager with import administration requirements, and preparing documents and approvals for seeding units.

EDUCATION

The successful candidate must have the following qualifications:

• BCom Accounting
• Completed SAICA/SAIPA articles is preferred

JOB EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED

• Willing to learn
• Confident and assertive
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in Sage Evolution System is preferred
• Experience dealing with financial administration
• Experience and knowledge of SA accounting practices and SA legislation
• Strong analytical skills
• Attention to detail
• Understanding of SA import and export processes and regulations
