Finance and Operations Manager

SUMMARY:
An International leader in the Telecommunications industry is currently in the market for a Finance and Operations Manager. The incumbent MUST have over 5 years’ experience in a similar role. Please see the performance area criteria below for a more detailed description of the required responsibilities.

POSITION INFO:

Minimum Requirements:

• Completed BCom Accounting
• Excel Advanced
• 5 years’ experience in a similar role

Performance Areas (Responsibilities):

• Work closely with the Technical Director of the business to ensure effective running’s of customer services, installations, and warehousing.
• Assist in developing operating and capital budgets.
• Conduct regular meetings with teams to discuss issues, concerns, and updates this will include new budgets and forecasting.
• Assist the Operations Director from a finance point of view and work hand in hand to improve and build additional technical services teams.
• Operational risks.
