SUMMARY:
Bookkeeper/ Financial Administrator and Operations

POSITION INFO:

The successful candidate must have his/her BCom Accounting and Finance or an equivalent qualification.
He/She must be able to work under pressure
He / She must take a proactive approach and utilize a problem-solving mind set to all tasks
Maintaining monthly accounts up to trial balance level
Coordination of Purchase Orders and product shipping and clearing
Coordination and updating of all forecasts and client needs
Review and administration of Debtors and Creditors under supervision of
Financial Director
Maintaining monthly accounts up to trial balance level
Coordination of Purchase Orders and product shipping and clearing
Coordination and updating of all forecasts and client needs
Submission of external claims/preparing claims where necessary
He/ She will also be responsible for Logistics Liaison i.e. gathering of quotes, supplying relative documentation to freight forwarders, ensuring timeous delivery, proactively communicating with testing labs regarding reference standards and booking of product Post Importation Testing
Preparing logistics documentation for submission
