SUMMARY:
A well-established, JSE listed conglomerate seeks an experienced and innovative Finance and Admin Manager to join their finance team based in Johannesburg North. This role will be for the properties and facilities division and successful candidates must come from the property industry.

A well-established, JSE listed conglomerate seeks an experienced and innovative Finance and Admin Manager to join their finance team based in Johannesburg North.

This role will be for the properties and facilities division and successful candidates must come from the property industry.

The purpose of this role will be to manage finance and management accounts, internal audit administration, accounts payable, processes and other finance related matters including but not limited to flights, petty cash, overheads and BEE reporting.

The successful incumbent will come from a property background and duties include but not limited to:

Fixed asset register

Journals

VAT and Tax

Rentals and property expenses (owned and leased properties)

CAPEX management

The incumbent will have strong business process and continuity experience, a strong business acumen and someone constantly working to innovate and streamline processes and procedures for optimal departmental performance.

Education:

BSc or BCom in Finance / Accounting / Business is non-negotiable

Skills & Experience:

3 to 5 years experience in a property finance and management role is non-negotiable

Property industry experience non-negotiable

Strong people management skills

Strong computer literacy

Strong personality

Ability to work in a highly pressured and fast paced environment

Team player

Someone who are prepared to work extended hours when need be
