This role is for a Qualified Chartered Accountant that has gained property experience in their post – article career.

This exciting but challenging role will be handling the Full Finance Function as well as the Admin Function of this business.

• Financial Reporting  
• Board and EXCO Reporting
• IFRS Compliance
• Admin Management
• Financial Planning and Analysis
• Cash Flow Management

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Qualifications:

• Completed CA(SA) needed

Experience:

• Minimum 3 years post - article experience in the Property Industry is required
