POSITION INFO:

My client is looking for a Finance and Admin Manager preferably from the Property industry. This candidate will oversee Finance & management accounts, Internal audit admin as well as accounts payable. Some duties include Fixed Asset Register, journals, rentals, rental calculations, municipal invoices, capturing of all accruals (all projects completed), VAT as well as Capex management accounts.

Experience & skills Required:

BSc Finance/ Management Accountant - non negotiable
3 years property finance/ management accounts
Ensure that all transactions are accurate – attention to detail imperative
Commercial property exposure an advantage
