Finance Reporting Analyst

SUMMARY:
Join an incredible company who operates within the property Industry! You will be the bridge between the finance and operations team with a strong focus on property analysis. You will receive the guidance and support form their Fund Analyst.

POSITION INFO:

Asset Management reporting

Detailed property performance analysis and reporting

Budget Variance commentary on expenses and income

Municipal recovery analysis

Arrears reporting and analysis

Leasing reporting and analysis

Identify and quantify monthly accruals and provisions

Turnover reporting

Collecting information and analysis of data

Assisting asset management department with high level property queries

Skills & Experience:

Strong MS Excel experience, (Pivot Tables, SUMIFS and VLOOKUP)

MDA Experience, advantageous

Qualification:

BCom Financial Accounting or BCom Management Accounting

SAIPA or SAICA or CIMA Articles
