POSITION INFO:

360° Recruitment Consultant role – responsible for both business development and recruiting candidates into the financial services space covering mid-senior level placements, lead generation, candidate management, business development and account management

We have created an environment which is condusive to success with plenty of support and mentorship

Minimum Requirements:

Grade 12

A Tertiary Qualification (Highly Advantageous)

Sales/ Business Development experience

Skills:

Ability to communicate effectively

Ability to build and maintain stable and productive relationships

Ability to harness the sales and marketing process to achieve maximum output
