POSITION INFO:
Position Overview:
As a Senior Recruitment Consultant at Network recruitment, you will play a pivotal role in our finance division, leveraging our 40+ years of industry expertise. You will take charge of end-to-end recruitment processes, from candidate identification and assessment to nurturing client relationships and business development. Your ability to connect with top finance talent and establish enduring client partnerships will be instrumental in your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Expertly source, assess, and match finance professionals with suitable job opportunities.
Foster and maintain robust relationships with both clients and finance candidates.
Drive new business growth through proactive networking, lead generation, and client acquisition.
Provide clients with strategic insights into market trends and recruitment strategies.
Consistently exceed high billings targets by skillfully negotiating and closing deals.
