Finance Process Analyst (12-month contract)

POSITION INFO:

Our client, a leader in the ICT space is seeking a Finance Process Analyst to join their team of dynamic professionals. The successful candidate will be responsible for process mapping, modelling, support, and performance reporting involved in the business process change activities.

Education:

• Lean Six Sigma Certification preferable

Skills/Experience required:

• At least 3 years of business analysis or business process mapping and analysis across different industries; preferably in the Telecommunication industry
• Finance background, Billing preferable
• Demonstrated experience in managing business change; IT projects management
• Experience in facilitating and engaging multiple stakeholders in the intention to drive the change required.
• Strong data analysis and processing skills and experience using MS Excel
• Ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels
• Have good collaboration and teamwork skills
• Have a working knowledge of business analysis and business process tools and techniques
• Ability to assimilate various types of information and identifying which are relevant
• Ability to analyse business problems
• Apply creative and systems thinking to business problems and solutions
• Problem Solving and Analytical Skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to respond quickly and effectively to changing business environment, requirements or shifts in technology and/or skills

Job Description:

• Initiate, coordinate, facilitate and map all business processes/process changes related to billing of power revenue, power costs and tenant revenue for the Africa Region
• Co-ordinate all change management activities required to gather and understand information to collate processes
• Effectively document and appropriately share supporting business processes to ensure effective utilization of available/new systems to automate these processes
• In collaboration with IT and process owners, effectively analyze data requirements for systems; extract and process data required for system integrations/changes
• Define Current State Process
• Analyse future state process
• Report on process project performance
