POSITION INFO:

Job & Company Descriptions

A financial service company is currently looking for a Finance / Operations Support to join their team. This individual will assist with accounting functions and assist with the management of external contracts.

As a Finance / Operations Support you will responsible for the following:

Contract Admin:

Build, manage and maintain agreement database
Manage contract documentation
Review documentation
Manage on boarding and termination of contracts
Facilitate meetings between Exco and third party
Finalise terms of documentation

Accounting:

Daily Bank recons
Capturing invoices
Updating exchange rates
Loading payments on the Bank
Assist with preparation of daily internal reports
Creditor recons

Job Experience and Skills Required:

Bcom / Financial qualification is preferred

Minimum 2-3years’ experience

Excellent attention to detail

Financial Services are preferred

BDA will take advantage
