Finance / Office Manager - Mpumalanga - Ermelo

POSITION INFO:

Our cliënt in Ermelo is looking to employ a Finance/Office Manager.

Requirements:

• Matric Certificate with 3 years of administrative experience.
• Valid Driver’s licence.
• Computer literacy – MS Office / IQ / Sage Pastel
• Experience in Property Industry would be beneficial
• Must be able to function in a group setting
• People skills and planning capabilities
• Must be able to use own initiative

MUST have experience in the following:

• Extensive MS Excel
• Financial Analysis
• Statement Reconciliations – Debtors & Creditors.
• Debtors – Recovery of funds
• Supplier Invoice processing
• Bank / Cashbook Reconciliations – Group of Companies
• Pricelist updating
• Experience in loading EFT payments on banks
• Management and Control of repair work and order system
• General knowledge of administration and the systems thereof
• General knowledge of marketing on Facebook, working with a Database
