SUMMARY:
My client, a leading multinational company is looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join their team. If you are looking for growth within a dynamic company, then this opportunity is for you!

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Education:

CA(SA)

Skills/Experience required:

5 - 7 years Finance experience
3-5 years’ experience supervising a team of 3 or more direct reports
Oracle experience – preferred
Advanced Excel skills
Strong people management skills

Job Description:

Perform an accurate and efficient month-end close
Produce and analyse all monthly/quarterly financial reports
Give input to the Return-on-Investment process and profitability analysis
Ensure the tax, cash management; internal audit, external audit and Budget/Planning processes all run effectively and comply to required legislation while meeting all deadlines.
Decision support to the CFO and executive team
Decision support to Sales and Operational team
Effective management of cost and budget
Manage a team of 3 direct reports
