A Conglomerate in the Media industry is in search for a Finance Manager with 3-5 years of experience in a management position to join their dynamic team. Media Buying experience is a must.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum Requirements:

BCom/BCom Honours/Bcom Articles

5 years in a financial role, minimum 2 years in a financial managerial role

SAIPA articles preferable

Navision experience highly advantageous

Media/Marketing industry

Main Performance Areas :

Ageing check

Media Buying

Audit preparations

B-BBEE preparations (once a year)

Claim Forms

Creating CE/CI

Debtors/Creditors

Finance related tasks (Getting new credit cards)

Financial meetings

General admin

Group Management accounts

Income TAX & CIPC Submissions

Interest, Depreciation & Loan Jin’s

Laon accounts & balance sheet recons

Manage banks, Management accounts

Media & Production

New vendors

Payment Packs

Payroll runs

Post audit adjustments

Pulling PO’s (Single & Multiple)

Update bank accounts, updating posting groups and codes & Updating Program
