SUMMARY:
Our client in the Media industry is in the market for a Finance Manager with 3-5+ yearsâ experience in a management position to join their dynamic organization. The incumbent MUST have experience in Median Buying. Please see the performance area criteria below for a more detailed description of the required responsibilities.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum Requirements:

BCom/BCom Honours/Bcom Articles
5 years in a financial role, minimum 2 years in a financial managerial role
SAIPA articles preferable
Navision experience highly advantageous
Media/Marketing industry

Main Performance Areas (Responsibilities) - (not limited to):

Ageing check
Media Buying
Audit preparations
B-BBEE preparations (once a year)
Claim Forms
Creating CE/CI
Debtors/Creditors
Finance related tasks (Getting new credit cards)
Financial meetings
General admin
Group Management accounts
Income TAX & CIPC Submissions
Interest, Depreciation & Loan Jin’s
Laon accounts & balance sheet recons
Manage banks, Management accounts
Media & Production
New vendors
Payment Packs
Payroll runs
Post audit adjustments
Pulling PO’s (Single & Multiple)
Update bank accounts, updating posting groups and codes & Updating Program
Weekly payments
