Produce financial reports, direct investment activities, and develop strategies and plans for the long-term financial goals of their organization. POSITION INFO:

The Ideal Candidate

• Must have a minimum of 8 to 10 years Finance Manager experience.
• Must come from a Manufacturing experience.  
• Advantageous if you have 5 years in Pastel and advanced Excel experience.
• Must have worked in a Manufacturing plant.

Duties include:

• Managing and coordinating monthly reporting, budgeting and forecast.
• Ensure the business meets all its statutory obligations, including statutory accounting and tax issues.
• Providing back-office services such as accounting payable and cashflow.
• Liaising with suppliers, auditors, and other extended parties.
• Ensuring invoicing is done accurately and timeously.
• Providing insight on the financial health of the business.
• Staff Management.
• Submission of monthly financial report.
• Submission of Vat reports. 
• Monthly end processing.
• Expense budgeting and analysis.
• Monthly budget versus actual reporting.
• Tax related processing (IT12, IT14)

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualification – Degree in Finance or any related qualification.
