Finance Manager required in fast growing retail business.  Wide range of skills essential and ability to multi task and operate under pressure.   Finance Manager will show above average academic record and must be able to demonstrate good people skills.

Must have relevant accounting qualification a proven track record of at least 5 years’ experience in accounting and managerial field.

Use Pastel

Manage 8 staff

• Financial controls and sound accounting skills
• Good knowledge of pastel partner
• Budgets, forecasts and cash flow preparation
• Prepare timeous monthly sales reports for management
• Preparation of monthly accounts
• Liaison with and management of service providers.
• Control of monthly payments to all suppliers and service providers.
• Compliance with tax, legislative & statutory requirements.
• Manage stock system with setting up stock codes for new stock ordered plus costing and input of stock imports when they arrive
• Extraction of stock and sales reports and other financial information required to manage the commercial operations
• Managing the Stock2Shop interface between our back end and various online sales platforms.
• Management of the external online service providers
• Audit liaison and preparation of annual financial statements.
• Manage team members to ensure all control and that quality standards achieved
• Manage recruitment and  training of new team members including the retail stores
