SUMMARY:

POSITION INFO:

Qualifications:

• CA (SA), SAIPA, or AGA (SA) registered

Skills:

• Minimum of 2 year post articles experience.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Strategy and technology consulting.
• Manage external audits, and filing of all taxes (CIT, VAT and Custom)
• Assist the Finance General Manager in executing long-term strategic plans to improve and retain company performance.
• Maintenance of accurate financial records for clients.
• Compliance with tax legislation, Companies Act, IAS and IFRS, group accounting policies and governance frameworks.
• Maintain Profitability Monitoring tool to calculate/track/change Transfer Prices and support the filing of TP reports to authorities.
• Creditors & debtors Management.
• Payroll preparation.
• Liason with external auditors, IDC Investment Analyst, Finance Divisions, Tax Authorities, External Vendors, and Head Office Consolidation Department.
• Financial monitoring and reliable and trustworthy financial statements, tax compliance and the introduction of effective management accounting systems.
• Daily financial accounting and control management to long term compliance and financial system and process implementations.
