SUMMARY:
BCom and at least 3 years post articles experience secures challenging role managing finance team of well established property / assett management company. Advanced Excel essential.

POSITION INFO:

Reporting to a Chartered Accountant, you will manage all financial accounting functions covering various property portfolios and other business entities including:

Management of 6 bookkeepers
Budgeting, forecast and prepare cashflow projections
Management accounts
Analyse various financial reports and provide recommendations
Debtors management including tenant billing
Creditors management
Statutory and regulatory compliance – VAT, EMP, IFRS etc.
Payroll Management
Assisting in month-end and year-end closing
Preparation and Management of year end audits
Treasury function
Assistance regarding Due Diligence Reports on new projects.
Process and system design and implementation
Maintain finance policies and procedures
