SUMMARY:
A JSE listed banking institution that provides a comprehensive range of specialist financial products and services for Business and Wealth clients is looking for am innovative and perceptive individual to join their savvy team

POSITION INFO:

Key Areas of Responsibility:

Processing of intercompany debtors invoices and performing related reconciliations
Processing of intercompany creditors invoices and performing related reconciliations
Respond to finance queries and provide supporting documentation when requested
Preparation of creditors for payment
Emailing remittance advices to suppliers
Emailing intercompany invoices/statements to customers
Keeping age analysis up to date and well maintained
Filling to be maintained constantly and should be easily accessible
Prompt, professional communication with stakeholders
Perform account clean-ups
Adhoc duties and projects

Skills/Personal Attributes Required:

Relevant Accounting Qualification
Strong reconciliation skills will be an advantage
Good Excel knowledge
Good communication skills
Must be able to identify problem areas within work processes and work within the team environment to find solutions
Keep the manager and other relevant people informed of any problems
Must be able to work under pressure and within Group timelines
Hard worker, self-starter and someone who can work within teams
