POSITION INFO:

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Capture, input and update shipment data in our database and relevant finance software systems
Update and maintain load dispatch reports for all branches
Update daily dispatches to customers
Daily progress reporting
Verify and cross-check data for accuracy and completeness
Provide administrative support to the Finance Department
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry is a must

QUALIFYING EXPERIENCE

Grade 12
Previous experience in data entry or administrative roles will be advantageous
Proficient in Microsoft Excel

QUALIFYING ATTRIBUTES

Excellent organisation skills and ability to multitask
Excellent time management and organizational skills
