SUMMARY:
Our client is looking for a Finance Clerk based in Ladysmith

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum requirements:
  • 3+years  experience as a Finance Clerk
  • Proficient in a variety of computer software applications including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) Accounting software 
  • Matric certificate with a tertiary certificate or diploma relevant to business administration
  • Creating of sales orders
  • Invoicing
  • Reviewing of delivery notes and invoices
  • Monitoring of accounts receivable
  • Daily log production and resource figures
  • Weekly log hours worked by waged staff
  • Maintaining leave registers
