Matric

Good computer skills (Microsoft package) Syspro (Advantageous)

Minimum 3 years’ experience in a finance administration role

POSITION INFO:

To provide administrative support, including photocopying, scanning and filing of debtors and creditors documentation
File POD with Copy Tax Invoice, sales order and customer purchase order
Update outstanding and received POD’s on POD listing on S-Drive
Liaise with Area Managers and Technicians on outstanding POD’s
Sending of invoices and statements to debtors
Print Goods Received Notes from customer portal and match to our invoices on Syspro
Submit our invoices on customer portals for payment
Entering of requisition and attaching workflow documents for supplier orders onto Syspro for
Raising of purchase orders related to monthly operational expenses once requisition approved.
Vouching of supplier invoices on Syspro
Assistance with year-end audit process
Any other reasonable duties given to you by your direct supervisor/Manager
