Finance Branch Manager

SUMMARY:
Company based in Bloemfontein is in search of a Finance Branch Manager with extensive Bargaining Council and Fund Agreement experience.

POSITION INFO:

Minimum Requirements:

• Four (4) year relevant degree or equivalent

• Minimum of 10 years Collective Bargaining experience and knowledge,

• With at least 5 years Business Management experience required

• In-depth knowledge of Collective Agreements and Fund Agreements in a Bargaining Council will be an advantage

• Must have experience of the Labour relations Legal frame work

• Human resource and financial management experience required

• Performance management experience

• Project management experience

• Computer literate – SAGE, Word, Excel
