Finance Assistant (Junior Bookkeeper)

POSITION INFO:

Property Industry client is seeking a mid level Finance Assistant to join their East London team. Will include all aspects of the financial administration and property management along with any other duties which may be required during the normal course of business conducted by the company.

Focused on the administration of the close corporation and related entities.

Recruitments:

• Grade 12
• Post matric financial qualification would be highly preferential
• Computer Literate in MS Office, Property Software MDA
• Must be accurate and have attention to detail.
• Previous Bookkeeping experience within a property management company would be advantageous.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
• Ability to work with various banking platforms
• Bookkeeping software package knowledge
• Experience with trust and business accounts
• Advanced Excel experience 
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work in a team
• Must be pro-active.
• Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must have strong interpersonal, Organizational, leadership, and analytical skills.
• Must be results driven.

• Billing
• Receipting
• Credit Control
• Debtor Management
• Payments
• Data Capture on MDA
• FICA Compliance
• Municipal Queries
• VAT returns
