Finance Assistant

SUMMARY:
A multi-faceted organisation providing support in IT, Administration and HR globally seeks a Finance Assistant to undertake various day to day tasks

POSITION INFO:

• Degree Accounting
• Min 4-5 years financial experience
• Keen and willing to learn and grow
• Must have good mathematical and numerical skills
• Data analysis and Data privacy

Duties:

• Payroll assistance
• Assisting with Financial reports to Senior Management on a regular basis
• Invoices and statements, ensuring VAT is compiled to Taxation regs
• Account recons
• Capturing data on spreadsheets
• Dealing with foreign entity accounts
