JOB DESCRIPTION:

Finance Administrator

Primary Responsibilities

Responsible for petty cash, ensuring that the petty cash cards are replenished on time. Performing Treasury

tasks and printing POP’s for the AP team. The candidate must be numbers oriented, have a positive and

proactive attitude and the ability to prioritize and multi-task.

Specific Responsibilities

Co-ordinate and review signed petty cash supporting documentation for

reimbursement processing and monthly reconciliation to the balance sheet

Liaising with the Shared Service Centre staff in the preparation and completion of

petty cash reimbursements and resolution of any queries thereof.

Responsible for downloading and e-mailing proof of payment from the banking

system to suppliers.

Shared Service Centre backup, ensure that all manual payments are accurately

captured and allocated to the correct beneficiaries

Performing treasury related tasks
K-shuttle maintenance
Ad hock projects as assigned by the Treasury Manager

Education

Matric
Studying towards a Finance tertiary qualification is preferred

Required Skills

Good attention to detail
Strong number skills
Work effectively and co-operatively with others to establish and maintain good working relationships that are mutually beneficial
Ability to know when to escalate issues
Digital skills to help you use Office software

Experience

2 years work experience

Compliance & Authority

Compliant to all SGS QOH&S and HR policies and procedure
Granted sufficient authority to achieve the given responsibilities as per documented finance policies
