Finance Administrator

SUMMARY:
Transport Solutions Organization seeking Finance Administrator based in Benoni. Bachelor’s Degree (3 years) or studying toward a degree in Accounting will be advantageous. Experience in a finance environment involving reconciliations, invoicing, and numerical accuracy required.

POSITION INFO:

Minimum requirements:

• Grade 12
• Bachelor’s Degree (3 years) or studying toward a degree in Accounting
• Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in an Accounting or Finance environment involving reconciliations, invoicing, and numerical accuracy. 

• Maintain an accurate and efficient cash management system and process daily the cash payments and cash receipts. Ensure the bank accounts balance accurately on a daily basis.
• Process the intercompany transactions, rental agreement transactions.
• Perform monthly reconciliations and closing month end books for various Income Statement and Balance sheet accounts for Assets, Liabilities, income, and expenses.
• Cash management, balance and load receipts and payments from the official Babcock Transport solutions Bank Account.
• Ensure the bank account is daily accurately balances, all cash payments and cash receipts are loaded to the correct supplier or customer account.
• Zero errors are processed in allocation cash payments and receipts to customers and supplier accounts.
• Initiate - Admin orders (ad-hoc, stationary, petty, - issue Book keep will start. Initiate an order on Evolve.
• Load payments.
• Process intercompany transactions and Rental agreement payments for rental of trucks to customers.
