My Client in the Manufacturing Industry seeks to appoint a suitable Financial Administrator

POSITION INFO:

My Client in the Manufacturing Industry based in Shallcross seeks to appoint a suitable qualified Finance Administrator.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timeous processing of transactions from source document.

Key Performance Areas:

Process Supplier Invoices
Process Customer Invoices
Supplier account Reconciliation
Customer account Reconciliation
Follow up on payments
Credit applications
Processing of Lacers & CMT invoices
Prepare weekly payments
Ad hoc duties

The following minimum requirements must be met in order to be considered for this position.

Diploma in Accounting or Bookkeeping qualification
3+ years'' related experience preferred
Hands-on experience working with debtors and creditors
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficient with SAGE and Microsoft Office
