A JSE listed company that leads the private sector in the fields of education and resourcing is seeking the professional experience of a Finance & Admin Manager.

As the Finance & Admin Manager, you will be part of the property and facilities department.

As a Finance & Admin Manager, you will be responsible for the following:

Fixed Asset Register

Fixed asset register to be maintained

Capture all invoices from Pastel onto Pastel Evolution

Monthly recons

Journals

Management reports

Management accounts to be done monthly

Weekly payments

Vat

Vat returns to be submitted

Vat recons

Rentals

Rental calculation

Update property expenses

Recons on Commercial buildings

Capex Management accounts

Capex recons on a monthly basis

Qualifications:

BSC Finance/Management Accountant or CA(SA)

Skill:

3+ years experience in the property industry

Attention to detail

Property industry preferred
