A JSE listed company that leads the private sector in the fields of education and resourcing is seeking the professional experience of a Finance & Admin Manager. 

As the Finance & Admin Manager, you will be part of the property and facilities department.

As a Finance & Admin Manager, you will be responsible for the following:

Fixed Asset Register:

• Fixed asset register to be maintained
• Capture all invoices from Pastel onto Pastel Evolution
• Monthly recons

Journals:

• Management reports
• Management accounts to be done monthly
• Weekly payments

Vat:

• Vat returns to be submitted
• Vat recons

Rentals:

• Rental calculation
• Update property expenses
• Recons on Commercial buildings

Capex Management accounts:

• Capex recons on a monthly basis

Qualifications:

BSC Finance/Management Accountant

Skill:

3+ years’ experience in the property industry

Attention to detail

Property industry preferred
