Finanance Manager

SUMMARY:
A medium sized conglomerate operating in various industries such as, financial services, hospitality and the petroleum market segments is looking for a suitably experienced finance manager.

POSITION INFO:

Duties & Responsibilities

• Developing strategic financial direction for the Tshipi-Noto group of companies, with key milestones and targets
• Providing accurate financial reports and interpreting financial information
• Ensuring compliance of all regulatory requirements from a Finance perspective
• Supervising staff and coordinating financial activities
• Monitoring and interpreting cash flows and predicting future trends
• Developing financial management controls to minimize financial risk
• Managing budgets, forecasts and net working capital projects
• Liaise with external auditors and internal auditors
• Assisting the CEO with strategic forecasting for the business

Experience, and Qualification

• BCOM Hon/CIMA/CA(SA)
• Minimum of 5 years’ senior management experience
• Strategic Financial skills required
• Excellent Excel Skills
• Solid Understanding of IFRS reporting
• A self-starter with proven ability to work with evolving companies and lead change into creating a structured, high performance environment.
